This lawyer is very mischievous once I informed him that I was going to reopen my case and I wasn't happy with his results  He decided to teach me a lesson now you all know Once you get in Court the first thing that the judge asks you is your name an address I've been living at the same address for the last 5 years he knows that. that's how he contacts me. Now he said the check would be sent to his office in he 60 days  I called him in 30 days to see if he had the check already he said no I called him in 57 days to check on it again.  He said they sent it to your old address.. He said I'm going to call them and have the check sent to my office I said isn't that what you said at first that was the reason I was calling you in 30 days and in 57 days. you see he is  playing a game with me . Because a good lawyer once told me they know what they doing . He gets too emotional I will try for another lawyer he is not the one and all of these 5 stars I don't know what's up with that it doesn't seem real to me. Piss him off and see what happens . His  Secretary will not answer your call . And I was never disrespectful. I just ask a lot of questions  All accident cases and workman compassion are win win . For most lawyer they know if there's a case or not.  But if they have to reopen the case and show there skill most choose not to Richard drop me . This is why am unhappy.  Dont be fool by the hair cut and the suit and the small small office .  My experience with Richard.
