What an awesome experience! However, meeting with an attorney is not always pleasurable because we know it is a legal situation. Reid & Goodwin has set the standard for me. On day one, I spoke with an intake representative. This gentleman was very kind and polite. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but kudos to him. This young man transferred me to Jamie. Jamie was professional and empathetic. She was swift in all things concerning my case. We communicated through text messaging. If I called her, I received an immediate response. If I have a question or concern and she does not have the answer, she will set me up with an appointment to speak to my attorney. My attorney, Mr. Brody Reid, was exceptional! His dedication to making sure I understood my case was genuine. He was concise in the process of informing me of my options. Mr. Reid explored every avenue during the investigation process to help my case become successful. I understand why my experience with the unnamed intake rep., Jamie the attorney's assistant was such an amazing experience. It is because of the leadership. My case was challenging. I have the up most respect for Reid Goodwin PLC. It all started 7 years ago when I had an accident at work and no one would take my case. Reid Goodwin was recommended to me by a random attorney. This law office is full of it. They contacted me once in a blue moon to discuss my case and lied stating they were taking care of things on my behalf and they were lying the whole time. They contacted me to let me know that they were dropping me as a client because they had not heard from me when I had documents that stated otherwise. One of the attorneys actually got on the phone with me to arrange a meeting for him to tell me that he received the documentation and had knowledge of me being in contact with one of the people in his office, but he would not acknowledge that and still dropped me from his practice. If I were you, I would consult with another attorney. I would not deal with these guys at all because they will spin you and have you thinking that they are representing you and then they will drop you as a client. I have never had an experience like this before and I have lawyer friends who stated that they should not even be in business if they are willing to practice this way. I am glad that I was able to hire another attorney promptly who keeps in contact with me daily. We email we talk on a daily basis. With this office, no one even has a direct line which is a major red flag for a Lawyers Office. This means it is not important for their clients to have a personal relationship with them. You have to go through different hoops in order to get to someone. Go somewhere else. Save your money.
