I called the Reaves Law Firm on behalf of my son (i.e. who was in a car accident) after being turned down by two other law firms, and they really came through for my son. My son reported to me that they communicated with him throughout his personal injury case and that is a plus to me. This is a great law firm, and they surely have my recommendation!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been on my case for almost 3 years in December. They do not call and give updates I’ve had 3 different attorneys on my case & still nothing. They went up on my attorney fees without letting me know anything and I’ve had 4 different court date & have not attended 1. It really sounds like bs. Everytime I talk to someone they sugarcoat things and give me the run around. I would lucky to even get a dime from a life threatening accident that I wasn’t at fault for.

There was an issue in the beginning however, Shelia quickly resolved it. I was updated weekly about my case and about a major issue with two providers, as a result, The firm took time out to find a way that quickly resolve those issues as well. The adjuster I had wasn’t consistent, and was distracted, so I was a bit confused about settlement however in the end I was pleased. I will use the Reeves Law Firm again. Thanks!!!!!
