First of all, Mr Zitney is an excellent attorney. He knows the law inside and out and is an excellent litigator. What I like about him the most is his ethics around billing and fees. I have had several other divorce attorneys and they are always finding ways to bill you for non-important things. Letters back and forth between the attorneys on both sides never amount to anything and are a waste of money most of the time. Mr Zitney does not waste your money.
