in 2013, my father used elizabeth to help file a petition for a green card for myself and my 2 siblings and my parents. it was denied. it was denied bc our “ beneficiary” was never qualified to be our beneficiary and our attorney today, told us that the lawyer back then, should’ve known this and advised us as our attorney to never file the paperwork because it was never going to be approved. but she did anyways took my fathers money, and filed the paperwork probably knowing dang well we would never get approved. it had a tremendous negative impact on our lives. today i am a citizen and can sponsor my parents myself and our attorney just informed me he was shocked that elizabeth ever filed our petition.

This is definitely a Five Star Review for Rambana & Ricci. When I started to do my migration process, I decided to do it myself. I filled out the I-130 immigration form for me and my wife and after 4 months it was approved. So I decided to do the next step which is to fill out the Form I-485 Adjustment of Status, but I realized that this is a little more complicated to fill out than the I-130. So I decided to look for an immigration lawyer here in Tallahassee, I searched Google and in the end I chose two, I called the first one and the person who answered did not know how to answer my questions so I thought I knew more about immigration law than she did, so I decided to call my other option ( I'm sure God decided it was them ) Rambana and Ricci, it has been one of the best decisions in my life, since from the beginning both the paralegals as well as Ms Ricci helped me throughout my process. They prepared everything for me and in a short time I received the USCIS receipts that they already had my documents. My process took about a year ( mostly because of Covid) and now Thank to God and Ms Ricci and all the staff at Rambana & Ricci we are now US residents.
