Got in a car accident 6 months ago… they called me and said I can get a lot of money(1/3 them, 1/3 doctors, 1/3 you) then they had me see a chiropractor, get an MRI, then they wanted me to see a spinal surgeon and told me to tell them that I’m in a lot of pain (8 out of 10). I said I wasn’t going to lie and I don’t need surgery… then they stopped communicating with me. A waste of time! They are indeed scammers trying to get something for nothing.

I retained their services last year, they sent me to so many dr.'s with the hope of demanding excessive fees from the opposing insurance company. Without doing proper due diligence on the case they continued to send me to dr.'s and rack up bills upwards of 40k. They then terminated my representation and sent me ALL the bills. They are a boiler room of demand letters with no concern of their client. DO NOT USE THEM!!

The case management needs improvement within 8 months of my car accident and so called representation I've had 5 case managers.🚩 At times it takes two weeks to hear back from a case manager.🚩 I was told to hold off treatment for 2 months prior to epideral injection.🚩 I've been waiting and getting the run around to hold the lady who rear ended me accountable despite police report reaccuring pain on right side and pain management dr report. R and A has done nothing in the last few months. 🚩Yet they want to charge me 50% vs 35% for what? First they said you'll get 50 thousand now thier saying 30.🚩 My insurance is making more of an effort than R and A. 🚩I highly advise you to look for a better representation that actively seeks your better interest as a client. I had to drop them as my attorney for poor representation don't pay thier 35 to 50% fee avoid them at all cost. Don't waste your time on these non professionals. Larry H Parkers offices is doing more in 1 week vs 9 mos with R and A. 🤔

This legal group needs to be closed down!! They are a scam and don't care about the lives of people. My mother was killed in a car accident, and they lied to me and gave me false hope. There was no remedy or remorse. They purposely dragged my case out to cancel any legal rights I had for prosecution! I am reporting them to the Board and BBB!
