Grossly negligent, Served respondent in too short of a timeframe and our court case was pushed back, Failed to reply to emails and request for bills of service. Didn’t let us know that our court case had been pushed back due to their negligence until the Friday at 9pm before our court date the following Monday. Doesn’t call to schedule appointments expect you come in on short notice on same day. Doesn’t keep appointment times had an appointment for 4 PM and waited there until 6 PM. Zero response to emails and fails to call back Unless you call repeatedly. Miss Quinn Is very rude and condescending, You hire her for her knowledge and yet she treats you like trash because you don’t know the court system the whole point is for her to help and give knowledge. Had to email and call her repeatedly to get her sign off our court case so that we can get a different attorney. Still waiting on a reimbursement to which she has not responded nor given us a receipt for any of her services. We only met three times and she is withholding 5,000.

I've had a few attorneys prior to Stephanie Pulley and felt so unheard and taken advantage of. I felt they didn't care at all about looking out for our daughter most importantly. Then I found Stephanie and it was the complete opposite. I've hired Stephanie Pulley to represent me twice now and she went above and beyond both times. She is very personable and cares about the children involved in her cases. We all get emotional in family court when we're fighting for what's best for our children. She wasn't afraid to bring to my attention any areas where she saw I could improve in helping our daughter through all of it. Stephanie helped get our daughter's voice heard when I felt the court wasn't looking deep enough into everything and what mediators had noticed and based their recommendations on. I feel she is very thorough, professional, but she's also down to earth and easy to talk to. She regularly checked in with me throughout the whole process to make sure our daughter was ok with transitions as they took place and helped to adjust where more were needed. She was very clear in pointing out the things I'd be better off having her handle in court, yet also looked out for me financially by advising me to take on some of the more minor family court issues she knew I could handle on my own. I highly recommend Stephanie Pulley for anyone going through a custody case. If you're looking for an attorney who sincerely cares, is calm and composed in the courtroom, and who you can trust will really fight for you and what's best for your kids, she's the one!
