Joseph Spano is a good man, and there were some things I misinterpreted. That being said, I can't help but feel that he could've done more in my cases such as filing a civil suit. I would, however, recommend him should the need arises. He fought passionately and was approachable. It's not his fault West Virginia is as corrupt as it is although I think he could've tried harder to make them pay.
