I can't begin to tell you how miserable an experience I've had, dealing with this firm. It saddens me to think you can be that unprofessional and practice law, in this country. For starters, they WILL NOT call you, for any reason. You will have to call them and half the time, your paralegal will not call you back. I actually called, twice, and was promised that Mr. Portner would call me back. Needless to say, I never got a call from him. My case was not a big money case and I feel like I was put on the back burner. This firm did a great job of making me feel like I couldn't be less appreciated and I would NEVER recommend anyone use them. After putting up with being treated like a second class citizen, by Portner & Shure, I find that my settlement is barely worth the time I invested in all the unanswered phone calls.
