Chuck helped me with my PR application and he was very efficient. I was concerned at first because our meetings were 100% remote but it ended up pretty well and I did not have to go to the physical office which saved me a lot of time. He gave me a checklist of what materials to prepare and it was quite straightforward and readable. I’ve recommended him to multiple people out of state for his service and they all told me he was ever helpful. Pricing of his service was also quite reasonable in comparison with others attorneys in the same field of practice for the quality of work. Would recommend and may consider hiring him again for representation.

Anyways the process was actually pretty fast and everything went smoothly. Attorney Chuck Berendes spoke to my Social Policy for Children and Families course at UW-La Crosse on immigration and how immigration related issues impact children and families. He provided excellent foundational information for the students, who basically knew nothing about immigration. The presentation was extremely informative and kept the students' attention. I am confident that the students now have a basic understanding of immigration and are in a better place to advocate for families and children when it comes to issues related to immigration.

I am originally from the UK and am now settled in La Crosse in Wisconsin, lad year I had plans to propose to my girlfriend and wanted to know the correct procedures moving forward.
