I wish I could give them a 10 star review because they deserve it!!! I was struggling to deal with my insurance regarding a claim. I attempted to contact many other companies yet they only seemed to care about is simply getting my signature right away and having a for sure part of the claim. Frank and this firm was different. They cared so much Frank drove to my house once he heard my story. He was very professional and explained how things normally would work. I became more comfortable the more I got to know him. He even wanted to simply know more about me. It was like communicating with a real caring professional person instead of a demanding money sucking company. At the end of it, I ended up receiving the max amount of coverage I was able to receive. Even once the claim was done, Frank took the time to come over and wish me good health and nothing but the best. Once again, caring about me more than money. I cant thank him enough. I DEALT WITH INSURANCE FOR MORE THEN A DECADE AS MY JOB AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY HE IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!! Thanks again for all of your help Frank…..it truly means a lot.
