We were looking forward to working with this firm but unfortunatley they have been extremely unprofessional. After scheduling an appointment, they needed a $100 for a consult in advance. We made the Zelle payment the same day they sent the request and shortly after they called and rescheduled. Since then we have been requesting they refund us because their new date does not work for us. After several calls they have re-directed, advised the process would be completed on Friday, in a few days, might take a few weeks to a month and now they say the payment is non-refundable. Pichardo - please take in to consideration that it is important to due right by your clients and make ammends properly.

This firm is horrible. I call their office and they didn’t answer. I contacted them through Whatssap and they promised that they were going to get back to me and they never did. Just horrible service.

I was trying to hire this attorney to help me with immigration issues I had an appointment and he kept calling me to cancel the interview I rescheduled with him 5 times only to be canceled again today I’m demanding I get my fee refunded.
