Do not hesitate to choose Walter Piccolo. First of all, when I called, he answered the phone - no receptionist or assistant to go through or put me on hold. Secondly, he went above and beyond to determine if I had an actual case, and thirdly, when he called me back the following day with an answer, there was no charge for the time he spent to explore if I indeed had a case.
