What can I say about Phil..... I like to consider myself a google attorney or expert, meaning I try to research most things including law. Before I spoke to Phil, I researched the heck out of my divorce and had an idea of how things should go. The next step was interviewing attorneys. The process is simple do an interview on situation then speak with attorney. Most attorneys give you a few minutes, I didn't like this rushed approach. Others would play their cards close to chest, meaning they didn't want to discuss what they thought about the case. When I spoke with Phil he was neither of these things. It was a breath of fresh air. I was able to get a little meat on my plate. I interviewed a few others and learned from my conversations that Phil was not only knowledgeable but, reasonable. During the next couple of months working with Phil there were times that I wanted to pull my hair out. Phil is all about business. Phil isn't the most agreeable. Divorces are hard all the way around. At one point I was thinking of letting him go and he expressed in so many words that I would be a fool to do so. He was right. The end result was Phil did an amazing job. Better than I had hoped. His closing arguments seamed as if the had been crafted Shakespeare himself.
