I can't recommend this law firm enough! My car was hit by a semi last year. It was a long recovery, and an exhausting process, but David Fraley helped immensely. He was professional, and very friendly. He was able to reach a favorable settlement for me. He was the only part of the entire process that was easy and stress-free.

I worked with Joshua Fraley on my SSD claim. He made the whole process so much more bearable, and did everything he could to make things easier on my end. He answered all of my questions, and was super patient with me when I didn’t quite understand how things worked. I cannot imagine having gone through this without help! Josh thoroughly reviewed my several thousand pages of medical records, and took the time to fully understand my condition, which made me very comfortable being open and honest with him about every issue I have. My appeal went through to the hearing step, and Josh was able to advocate for me, gave me tips and helped me stay calm through everything. Even still, after my disability approval, he is continuing to follow up and happily answer any post-approval questions that I have! I highly recommend Josh and his firm.

I just picked my father's medical records up from office. When I walked in and asked for them, the secretary looked at me and pointed over at a table next to two chairs in the lobby. This is the way they were waiting for me. When I sent them they were in a nice box organized. But when I picked them up they were laid out for the public. Anybody to take or view or take any of the files out of, which I don't know if they're all there or not. No I have not had time to go through them seeing as how I just picked them up. But for one they should not have been just laying on a table in the lobby next to the chairs for clients who come in to see or look through.Nor for the public to just look through, that is why there is a HIPAA violation at hospitals on stuff like this for people's medical records. That packet is my father's personal medical history and it SHOULD NOT have been left laying like that. And I should have received it the way that you received it from me organized in order and in a box. Not a scattered mess, crinkled and wrinkled out of order and not boxed from you or your staff. That was very unprofessional out ofyou or your staff whoever gathered it.And I did have my husband with me so he knows where they were laying and how I pick them up. There's more I could add to this like the fact of there's a communication issue And the timing between client contacting you about info and you reaching back out to them is lacking an appropriate timely manner. If it's longer than 30 days of you reaching out to a possible client, there's an issue with the office. Especially when you tell a client you will reach back out to them within a week or two and don't. Waste of time on my possible case of another attorney may be taking knowing there is a time limit for my case. Would not recommend using this law firm.

Joe Fraley and his team were great to work with. They answered all our questions in a timely matter. They met with us in convenient places. They really are friendly and kind hearted. They also helped us to understand the issues that arose and never talked over our heads. If and when we ever need help again I will defiantly call them.
