I had one experience with this group. I was retrieving my father's papers so that we could choose another lawyer. Nothing had been done to help my father at this point for weeks. While the office staff was looking for my father's box, the staff had me to sit outside while they closed their door. No one was amiable . No one was pleasant. After about 15 mins., I knocked on their door to see if I could get my father's information. A very disorganized box was handed to me where you could see that obviously no work at all had been done. The attorney then said something very unkind to me upon my leaving. He said something that showed me he had no professionalism and no manners and was immature. I would give him a 0 star rating if I could. Every client has a right to chose esp when they are paying for services.
