Terrible service, I was assigned an attorney for my Social Security Disability. Never spoke with the attorney not even once as an introduction, never even knew his name. I was assigned a paralegal Okosua she only called me once. I was doing all the calling to her to get an update on my case. I called several times different times different days left voicemails regarding a call back on my case and not a returned phone call at all. I had to find out my case was denied because I called Social Security myself and found out. Then when I call their office they told me Okosua is no longer my paralegal.

Then I asked the receptionist to please give me the contact information for the attorney assigned to my case. She had a nasty attitude because I was persistent and she did not know how to pronounce the attorneys name she kept spelling his name. Once I asked her her to please tell me his name she said she doesn’t need to know that because she is just a receptionist there. His name is Kelchai never met that guy.

Overall terrible experience I have been waiting for my disability claim since April 2022, I am disabled veteran and I had no help from this office, I had to tell the paralegal what to do as far as getting my documents and even the contact information of who she needed to contact at Social Security.

Please use my review as a reference maybe you’ll have a different experience than mine I am just telling you how I was treated.
