Not a good business. Lack of customer confidence. Only interested in $ for themselves. Recently about a week ago I got food poisoning from McDonald’s and wound up in the hospital with severe kidney and appendix enlargement issues. The medical bills are only covered because I’m handicapped… and here’s my history. For 25 years I was locked in addiction with alcohol. I drank every day that I could with vodka. Worst decision of my entire existence. At 37 I had severe cirrhosis. Stayed sober for about a year. My first dog died from cancer and I started drinking again and a year later my wife’s dog died from cancer but bled out in our home. Here I am with my new liver transplant with cirrhosis again. As a result of drinking my kidneys are failing and I’m on dialysis for the past year only because at my local hospital I went to drain the ascites never gave me albumin even though I asked for it wasn’t given to me. That was Rutland regional hospital in Vermont where I live. Unfortunately that’s where my wife works as a Medical nurse in the icu she has worked very hard to become what she is and likes what she does yet between my medical issues and work she’s at wits end. I’ve spent a lot of my time at this hospital where I was born. It’s a small community hospital with lack of staff and horrible medical staff. About 10 percent only know what they are doing and today lack of modern technology. No specialists basically and this is the second largest hospital in the state of Vermont. 15 minutes from Killington mountain. I’m fed up and I’m only 43 with the health care system around here and world wide and that makes me shameful to be a human being. Very frustrating and sad it makes me feel. One world health care is what we need regardless of income. No more wars and no more government and everyone should grow a set and get along in harmony. This is one world we live on and we need to take extreme care of it.No more newborns as the world is extremely overpopulated. Anyway back to my story.so fast forward I’ve had a lot of time in the past 6 years to know we’re basically screwed with medical technology and attention in the world. Or what I’ve seen in the United States. It’s about time. And this is 2025. No more secrets on earth. So I need another liver and a new pair of kidneys. Like everyone I want to live . And I want the best to keep living and live as long as my wife does. We chose to not procreate. Anyways. So here I am at 43 and finally feel like want to live and love life itself only to every day worry about my own mortality and my small family and wife’s family. This firm would not take my case seriously……….. and I’m extremely disappointed frustrated and depressed about this matter…

I was given as a client to this firm because my original firm obviously found my case not worthy enough for them. They lied to me to make it seem like they did everything for my case they could. It was all untrue and a huge waist of time. However everything worked out so much better for me with my new lawyer Chad and his team.
