Find another law firm!! Very unprofessional. My case was passed around 3 times to 3 different lawyers. 1st lawyer left the company, 2nd went on a medical leave, and 3rd dropped my case. I waited 18 mos and was told negotiations were taking place, then dropped because the claims administrator wanted more medical info. I would gladly have authorized that. I now have not been able to find representation and hope I can negotiate with the administrator directly. Do not use NST. They are not as good as their ratings state. Do not trust them with your injury claim!!

I do not recommend this firm and will not use them in the future. It’s been 1 1/2 years since obtaining my attorney and still waiting for results. They took 4 months to write my packages. Every time I called (because the assistant stopped following up) they told me that it was on their list and will eventually get to it. One time I called the assistant stated that she was out due to mental health and she was just coming back to work and it wasn’t her top priority. Then I was told two months later that they changed computer systems and she didn’t know what she was doing. It’s been on going for too long. After they finally sent my packages out in December the attorney informed me that it would be March when everything would come to a closing and next week is March and I called last Friday and they haven’t moved any further. I just want this to be over. This is sad. I’ll probably be waiting for another 6 months.
