This is not something I typically do - writing a review for an attorney - but thanks to an “unhealthy” and highly litigious ex-wife, I’ve had more lawyers in my life than I care to admit. Since I unfortunately have a lot of experience within the family law system, I can say with the utmost confidence that Lorie Nachlis, without question, is the best family law attorney you will ever find. My case had a little bit of everything but, from the moment I met Lorie during the search for representation process, I knew she could expertly handle it all, and she most certainly did. I worked closely with Lorie for years - yes, it took years as my ex had us in and out of court as if it was a revolving door - yet Lorie remained invested, focused, and vigilant through it all. Lorie is ultra-professional, super organized, highly experienced, brilliant and a very compassionate attorney. Family law is an interesting specialty - they attorneys there are your advocates, but also they need to really think about what is best for your family and what is going to be possible within a court system that has the best interests of the children first in mind. And its hard to know what you want and there is no instruction manual about how to deal with some really tough questions and decisions so at best they are able to help you think all that through and reach a good place for you. There are a lot of lawyers out there that may not be the best lawyer for you. Natalia and her team have been great over the last six years. She knows the court and the court system and was able to explain to me the process, the judges and magistrates, even the mediation process. She helped me understand not just my options, but helped me think about how my choices might affect my family and what might be best for them too.
