Extremely unprofessional, I hired Jennifer Mostert as a GAL for my divorce case. I paid her $4,000 for a retainer fee. My case was settled out of court and her assistant informed me that I will be refunded a portion of the retainer when they do their billing. I called back 6 weeks later but they wouldn't answer my call. So I called them from my son's phone, her assistant answered the call immediately. I simple asked about the refund, she started crying and complaining about how overworked she was. After 15 minutes listen to her complain she said she will make sure Mostert gets the refund in the mail. So three weeks goes by and no refund, I called again they continue to screen my calls so I went to her office and they wouldn't answer the door, called them from outside the door, eventually her assistant answered the phone, I could hear Mrs. Mostert say just hang up on him. Mostert eventually gave me a refund. I went through the invoice and one of the charges was for $125 for the time her assistant cried on the phone for 15 minutes complaining about being over worked. I would look for different representation !!!!
