I would NEVER in life recommend this place to anyone. If I see adds where I can leave reviews anywhere I’ll be sure to stop and leave ONE star with my story. I’ve been dealing with my car accident case (I was nowhere near at fault) for OVER 2 YEARS NOW!!!! Morgan & Morgan gives no specific details when they decide to even respond. I have a new attorney every time I reach out. All they keep doing is sending me to chiropractors. Over 2 years and I have NO IDEA what is going on with my case, not a single clue.

I have changed my mind after being with them for months and a half. I have not been able to get medical because after I gave all the information to them the next day I hire them they just ignore me. I have not even contact the other company they keep saying we need information and information was given to them the next day, they just sitting on it. Typical thought they were better. Keep calling and nobody return my calls meanwhile with pain and suffering and they would not approveMedical. Since day one, they are been on top of this case, this guy will not return my call he hit me the insurance will not call us but Morgan Morgan has taking all care and they have taken care of me which is the most important at this time

New edit as of 01/09/24 Morgan and Morgan skipped a step in their process and sent me a final statement for me to receive my settlement after they took out their attorney fees. I signed it and was told I could pick up the check that day. That day was 11/28/23. I've still received nothing. They blocked my calls for a month and now are starting they can only send me $5000 out of the $50,000 they received from the insurance company on my behalf. And are calling it all a clerical error. Their clerical error is not my problem. Maybe they better train their employees better on the process and not skip steps. My attorney also promised to send me the 29,000 I signed for in my final statement AND cover my medical bills for the "inconvenience" and I've still received nothing. Don't hire them. If you're in need of an attorney I suggest you hire more competent people to represent you. Who won't claim "clerical errors" when they fail to do their jobs. Worst mistake I ever made in my life was hiring THIS law firm who never helped me. They just lined their own greedy pockets and shucked their responsibility to "clerical errors." Accountability people. This firm has none. Edited to add After posting this review I finally got a call from my "attorney" who proceeded to scream and curse at me when I said I'd report him to the state bar. He then called me back promising to send me my money AND now pay all my medical bills. Fast forward to today one week later and they aren't answering the phone again. And still have received nothing. Welcome to Morgan and Morgan everybody! I was bullied into taking the first offer from insurance and after I signed a final statement and was supposed to receive my settlement I could no longer reach my team and never received anything. I got scammed for 50 thousand dollars.

I recently used Morgan and Morgan for an issue that I had no knowledge of how to proceed, they led me though the whole process and made it so easy to accomplish what I needed to do. The staff basically did everything for me, because I didn't know what I had to do, and when I needed help to gather information, documentation or other things, they were 'right on time'! If you need help with a legal issue, Morgan and Morgan should be the place to start. I could never find better legal representation. Excellent and friendly and I am ever so happy.
