major letdown was Daniel. following his assurance that he had this matter under control and his creation of a compelling narrative, I took him on as an employee. For a fixed fee on my case, he assessed me a large—I mean, large—lump payment. However, after a year had passed, all I received was a ton of continuous on my case, which completely overwhelmed me and left me with the impression that he had them handled. A few days later, before one of my subsequent court dates, I received a call that left me completely unprepared, telling me that I would just have to go to court and leave everything up to them! You just received $100,000 from me to tell. Don’t trust him, he’s a con artist & is hard to get ahold of . On top of all of that I definitely felt like he didn’t care or was ever on my side.. never showed up to court on time (the very few times we went) & on top of that just flat up didn’t even cone to the last court date.. I would just like to re-coup some of my money to hire another attorney that actually believes me & cares & isn’t going to rip me off by sending me an made up invoice just so he wouldn’t get in trouble with the bar association!!!!

Dan Moore seemed at first constant professional at first. I knew where I stood with my OWI and was given the opinion that I was going to have him in my corner. I would soon find out that would not be the case. I almost missed court because of his incompetent staff failed to send me a notice when to be in court. He had the nerve to question me why I wasn't there! Does that sound like him giving me professional representation? NO!. When came to my sentence, they had a sit in judge and I had the right for a continuance but he said we would be ok. He seen to recommend max sentence of 2 1/2 years with 2 suspended, even though he said he wouldn't do because it would upset the Judge. He cost me 7000 and he couldn't even return a call. He couldn't recall the case he basically acted as the prosecutor in my case. Understand this that I take full responsibility for what I had done but I expected someone to represent me with professional conduct. I am still considering reporting this issue to the proper organization so this behavior doesn't happen to anyone else. Just to let everyone who reads this that a public defender could have done a much better job.
