It's been near Two and a half years since hiring this company for my workers comp case for my hernia. Proactive they are Not!. They never call me for a status update or any type of reminders, or alerts, such as when I didnt realize til literally the day before I had to travel 200 miles for a QMI exam, as I thought it was local since the previous ones were.Yes, it did say on my paper work as i had noticed later that it wasnt local...yes, it was my fault...and they certainly made it real clear it was my fault.....However, im no litigation groupy...so it would have been a nice courtesy and gesture to give your client a call and let them know the appt. Is 200 miles away( otherwise $600 charge to me if I didn't make it). Horrible communication and the girls that answer the phones have a zombie like apathetic demeanor. Unfortunately, this review probably won't help to speed things up.

Adam Stewart he helped me immensely after taking my case . He explained to me in a way I could understand all the pros and cons of choices on how they would benefit me . He got the info he need from me then handled my case for me . I would highly recommend Adam if you have any legal issues . Thanks again Adam for all your help 👍🏼

Finding the right lawyer can be a stressful process. You are either finding one because something has already gone wrong and you need the guidance and assistance to direct you through the storm or you know the world is complicated and you are looking for someone to trust, to help you with future worries. For my wife, it was the first scenario. After being involved in a car accident while working, my wife and I started our search and were directed to this amazing firm. Mr Stewart and Mr Niermeyer have done an amazing job. Through the pandemic, they maintained contact and answered our questions. They worked diligently and were always friendly. Now that the case is almost complete, we can see the results of their efforts. We can't say enough about how great they have been. Although we hope to never have to go through this again, they would be my first call in the future Thank you again for everything you've done.
