Terrible experience. After taking our money, this law firm became very unresponsive. Their paralegal Karly was always nice but our Lawyer Thomas was never available. It was heart breaking watching my wife beg Thomas to respond over and over again and him just string her along for a year. We were clear from the start we wanted someone who believed in our case and would proceed to court. Before taking our money Thomas was very sympathetic. After taking our money Thomas lost all that confidence he had. His methodology seemed to be limited to calling the company for a settlement, and then mostly giving up when they told him to go away. He filed some paperwork for us with EEOC which wasn't very helpful. His last communciation to us, basically said "I'm terminating my agreement with you, but because of the paperwork I filed, you have to find someone to replace me within 30 days or you forfeit standing to file." Or in other words he wasted a year of our time, took our money fumbled our standing to even file?

I typically wouldn't do one of these. I find online reviews pandering and often, tacky. However, Thomas was truly a pro and deserves the feedback. When I came to him, I wasn't looking for the world and false promises, just what was fair. That was the exact result. He was responsive when I needed him to be, handled things without having to implode my peace of mind in the process, and made sue questions I had were answered in a way I understood. I am a legal pro with more than 15 years of experience in my respective brand of law and happily recommend his practice. I know good lawyers when I deal with them, this is one.
