I had a probation violation that was a royal pain in the you know what. Throughout the years it’s caused me so much mental anguish. I am not from Murfreesboro so it made it that much harder to get resolved. I had a couple other hiccups that made the violation more complex. I was referred to Jack Mitchell by asking a random patron in the courthouse, “who is the best lawyer in the town”. His reply was all I know is Jack Mitchell. I wish I knew where he was so Jack could tell him thanks for the referral lol. My wife and I spoke with Jack that same day and he explained exactly what he could do. We had already retained another lawyer to handle the matter who was suggesting something completely unfavorable to me (we’ll leave his name unknown). And 3 months later Mr.Mitchell made good on his promise. I’d recommend him to anyone, however I’d say be patient.
