An attorney can never sabotage a client's position, either on purpose or by accident. In either situation an attorney has committed malpractice, and risks being sued by the client or disciplined by their state bar. Clients hire attorneys to act in their best interest. If for any reason an attorney finds themselves in a position to where they cannot do so, they have to stop representing that client (depending on where you are in the case), and there are certain procedural requirements that must be followed ethically, so as to not leave the client high and dry. Never project how you feel or believe a client should be treated, but always act in your position and oath to conduct oneself with integrity and civility.

Alex Ginsburg and her paralegal handled my fiance's case amazingly. They communicated well, fought for him every step of the way, and offered help with different things when they did not need to. They went above and beyond for him. Even when out of the office, we never worried because everything was being handled regardless. I cannot thank her enough! You deserve a vacation after all of this!! Definitely reach out to her for any work comp needs and you won't be disappointed.

I visited the office several times. A very helpful staff. Met B. Dawson Esq.,briefly and he was also very helpful during that meeting if it was just to make sure I had been greeted and if I needed anything while I waited. I felt at ease.
