We are so thankful for the efforts of Mr.David Lee. I recently scheduled an appointment with David Lee at Miller Butler and had a very disappointing experience. While I understand that being sick is unavoidable, the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. On the morning of my appointment, I received a last-minute text canceling our meeting, despite having taken time off work to attend. David then proceeded to text me, claiming he had attempted to call me prior to the appointment, which was untrue. All communication had been via text, and no effort was made to collect my information or offer alternate ways for me to provide details about my case, such as an email address. Despite my efforts to share as much information as possible with his assistant beforehand, it was clear that no preparation had been done. I understand that being sick is unplanned, but what I find unprofessional is the overall lack of organization, communication, and preparation. To add to this, David expressed repeated concerns via text about not accepting my MetLife insurance due to prior negative experiences with them. This was emphasized multiple times, making me feel that my case was not being treated with care or professionalism. While this was my experience, I recommend others use caution when working with this law firm.

After a decade of navigating the court system amid a high-conflict custody case, I've faced numerous challenges: false accusations, lies, and slander. While engaging with the most prominent attorneys in NWA, I never felt heard. They simply wanted to wrap up the case as easily as possible which meant they expected me to give into ridiculous demands. I’m not exaggerating you’re getting the Nick Saban of family attorneys when you hire Victoria. My rights were suspended due to a false accusation in an ex parte hearing. Victoria went in there and it wasn’t even close. It was like that time Georgia played Florida State in 2023. She left the opposing attorney struggling to put together coherent sentences. She caught my ex in numerous lies on the stand and skewered their so called professional witness. I almost felt bad for them…almost I’m not exaggerating when I say if my life was on the line I would hire Victoria. The only reason I’m leaving this review is bc I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve felt the hopelessness you’re experiencing. I never want anyone to feel like that. Victoria literally saved my family and my world. If you’re reading this review bc you want to learn about Victoria bc your ex hired her, get ready. It’s gonna be a long day.

I regret to say that my experience with this law firm, particularly attorney Kate Hill, was incredibly disappointing. I scheduled a consultation appointment with Kate after her assistant assured me that there were no conflicts of interest that would prevent her from representing me. However, after Kate spoke with my ex-wife's attorney, who happened to be my opposition, she suddenly claimed that a conflict existed, rendering her unable to represent me in any future matters. It is deeply concerning that Kate's decision seemed to be influenced by conversations with the opposing party's attorney. This indicates a lack of integrity and independence on her part, which are essential qualities for any lawyer. A lawyer's primary duty should be to advocate for their client's best interests, not to bow to pressure from the other side. Overall, my experience with this law firm, particularly with attorney Kate Hill, has left me questioning their professionalism and commitment to their clients. I would caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution, as their actions suggest a weak and easily swayed legal representation.
