Michael Quddous, Esq., is an exceptional immigration attorney! After my visa was unexpectedly canceled, I was terrified. Michael took immediate action: he traveled to Mexico City to oversee my case, prepared me thoroughly for the consular interview, and ensured every document was flawless. Thanks to his expertise, my visa was approved at the next appointment! He also resolved a complex waiver issue for my family, securing 10-year U.S. residency for my mother and sister. His mastery of immigration law turned what seemed impossible into reality—he anticipated bureaucratic hurdles, addressed subtle legal nuances, and streamlined the entire process. What truly stands out is Michael’s personalized approach. He didn’t just file paperwork; he listened to our story, tailored strategies to our needs, and fought tirelessly for our success. His bilingual team (Spanish/English) made communication effortless, and his constant updates kept us calm during stressful moments. If you need an attorney who combines expertise with genuine compassion, choose Mike, he’s simply the best!

I cannot recommend services from this office in good conscience. I thought deeply about writing this review and I felt as a top rated Google Guide, potential clients (and current clients alike) need to know about my personal experience with Mr. Michael Quddus, Esq., and his legal practice. I also held back from writing this review because of fear of retaliation from Mr. Quddus; it has been just over one month since my unfortunate experience and I'm writing this review with a clear and calm head and going based on the notes I've taken from the incident at that time: First and foremost: Bryan is a true professional and you can expect nothing but courteous communications, accuracy and a calm professional demeanor. Bryan needs this recognition and I wish him the best. Secondly, Beatriz was easily unraveled, bothered by reasonable concerns from the client and overall, not diligent nor respectful. There was one other person I dealt with at the outset of my initial visit with a paralegal but I don't know her name; she was fairly helpful but also failed to provide key information that could've been helpful for the client's overall preparation — fortunately, it was neither a real problem or concern, just a nuisance that could have been avoided. Lastly, and unfortunately: my one and ONLY interaction with Michael Quddus, my legal representative, was abrupt, extremely alarming, concerning and unsettling. This unfortunate experience began with me asking Beatriz basic questions about privacy in a calm and stoic manner. I asked two basic questions, Beatriz took a defensive tone with me and without notice, Beatriz handed the phone over to Mr. Michael Quddus (which again, was my first and only interaction with the lawyer that I gave over two thousand dollars, without issue, for representation), Mr. Quddus immediately began shouting at me and using obscenities without any reason whatsoever and without first hearing what I was asking. I was shocked! Mr. Quddus continued ranting about how I should be happy he's my lawyer and continued with what a respectful firm he has and why I shouldn't be asking questions about privacy, as I tried to speak, Mr. Quddus said he would give me an opportunity to speak only after he's finished, and he continued using obscenities and speaking to me in a way unbecoming of a law professional. After a brief pause he then "gave me permission" to speak, the moment I began asking my questions, he got triggered again and continue yelling at me as if he felt he had the right to do so. At this point someone at Mr. Quddus' office, turned on the speaker phone, I again continued speaking in a calm and stoic demeanor, just seconds after I started speaking, I heard someone whispering or mumbling about hanging up the phone, and in an instant, the phone was abruptly hung up — I never had a meaningful or respectable conversation with the lawyer who I gave over two thousand dollars to represent my case. My interaction with Mr. Michael Quddus, Esq., was unbecoming of a law professional and I'm still trying to come to grips with this experience. I cannot recommend services from this office in good conscience. I would say if you're the kind of client that fairs well with setting a low bar for professional services, and if you're able to stomach a lack of diligent communication and details, this office may be for you. Otherwise, I'm sorry I gave my hard earned money over to this legal practice. (Yes, my case was successfully processed and much of it had to do with my effectiveness in obtaining qualifying documentation in a timely manner. For that, I am thankful for Bryan who was there to process those details with confidence.)

My wife and I can highly recommend Mr. Quddous. After working unsuccessfully with another firm in New York, we were so happy that my wife's Green Card application moved along very quickly after retaining him. Mike is very easy to work with and is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. His staff is very responsive and helpful. We referred friends who have had similar experiences and are very happy with the results.

Mike took my moms, dads and stepmoms case and has been great to us. My dads case was very fast and straightforward… my moms was a little more complicated yet he did not give up… he kept fighting for immigration to hurry and process everything and even tho it was not his fault he did everything he could to help my moms case and finally my mother also received her green card IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT ALL THANKS TO MIKES PROFESSIONALISM AND WILLINGNESSES TO HELP US. My step mom is the only on left but Mike is on top of everything and we are more than thankful for all his hard work! I recommend him 10 out of 10 ! And soon will be starting my husbands case with him!
