DO NOT use Meredith for any of your bankruptcy needs! My ex-wife and I filed for bankruptcy in 2015 and dealing with Meredith has been a nightmare. She does not respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner if at all. I would have gone into her office but I live in Colorado now. She failed to file our Certification Regarding Discharge and never mailed it to us so that it could be signed. Our case was dismissed and not discharged which means that we are currently liable for all of that debt. I am in the process of reopening the case to file for discharge which I am doing on my own without Meredith's help because she will not respond to my email and the number on here is disconnected. We now have to pay $235 to reopen this case. This all could have been easily avoided if she had done her job.

I called and called this office and all I ever got was ringing so I wondered if the correct number was listed on line. I decided to go in to the office to see if I would have better luck. It was the worst decision ever. I was not greeted as a consumer, I was disrespected and dismissed. There were 2 people in the office when I walked in, male and female. The male walked away from me returning to his office as if I were not even there and the the older female didn't bother getting up from her desk to speak to me. As she was peaking out of the door, leaning across her desk she asked, "Do you have an appointment?" I answered no. She then says, "SHE is out on medical leave so I suggest that you seek another lawyer". I am not sure why they were so rude and condescending to me but it doesn't reflect positively on this attorneys office. I do not recommend. If ever I hear of anyone asking about The Bankruptcy Center I will be inclined to dissuade them from going I may be able to save them the humiliation. Also, maybe direct customer care education is in order.

Be prepared to wait a long time for her to respond to emails or phone call. At one point I waited over a month before she contacted me. This time around it has already been a week with no response. If she could improve this issue it would all be good and I would recommend Ms Ezzell to everyone.
