I had an excellent experience with McKinney Immigration Law in recent months. I was introduced to them via my prospective employer in order to assist me with applying for a H1B visa. From my research online, I thought this was going to be a stressful process, however it couldn’t have been more stress-free thanks to Jeremy and Priscilla. They explained everything to me from the get-go and once I had the relevant documents provided, they looked after everything else from there! Their diligent work and timely responses meant that my petition and visa was approved much quicker than I could’ve even hoped for! Would highly recommend this firm and I know I will be reaching out to them in future if I require their services or advice.

I don't recommend this Law Firm, Attorneys and paralegals: They gave my husband a year to gather his information (which I might add he had to do all the gathering) and send in his paperwork to immigration, unfortunately they have been stalling him by bringing road blocks to him that halts his case. They have all his money and will not proceed with his case. When asked to make an appointment with the Attorney to discuss matters he was told "no you have been told what to do and there is no point to speak with the Attorney". They are rude and very misleading. Don't waste your time or money with this firm. They are being looked into. Update: 10-07-24 The Firm was very hostel with me and my husband after I posted this review and have dropped our case. Thankfully they returned our money and we can find someone more productive. Reviews are important and I should have read them b4 taking on this Firm. They never did one thing for us within the year except make us work and hold our money till time ran out. Writing this review helped us and we can move on. BEWARE

I had an extraordinary experience with McKinney Immigration Law in processing my H-1B visa petition. Attorney Jeremy McKinney is incredibly knowledgeable, especially when I encountered a challenge regarding the requirement to obtain a Social Security Number (SSN) before the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) could proceed with my licensure application. This seemed like a catch-22, but Attorney McKinney advised me that I could still file my H-1B visa petition with USCIS without the NC teaching license. Thanks to his expert guidance, my H-1B petition was approved for three years! Additionally, I must express my sincere gratitude to Paralegal Specialist Priscilla W. Almeida-Rankin. She was not only kind and approachable but also highly knowledgeable. Her timely responses to every question I had and her invaluable assistance throughout the process built my confidence and made a complex journey much easier to navigate. I am beyond grateful for her support and for the extraordinary experience she provided. Thank you, Priscilla, for your exceptional service and dedication. You truly made a difference in my journey!
