I used Mark McKinney a few years ago and was very happy. And recently was tossed to Drew.. he dragged out a case that should have been an open and shut case. I HAD TO QUESTION WHETHER THINGS WERE FILED. I HAD TO BASICALLY PULL TEETH TO FIND OUT ANY INFO. AND THEN OVER A YEAR LATER he basically cried like a baby because he didn't do his job. Cried because he didnt communicate..didn't file things..and yet then threatened that he was withdrawing but the file would not be coming unless the bill was paid. 1. Unethical. 100% that's what the bar is for. 2. You failed to communicate.and then flip it as if you weren't given things you needed to do your job. You were given the retainer. 3. You made decisions and never communicated to your client, and never emailed outcomes 4. Your office always sent a bill. Not a detailed bill. Never knew what for. 5. Even in the last few days you explained how a lein was only against one person and you would only be going after one person. And yet when it was looked up.. the deceased person who it should have came out of theor estate was named first...and the idiot who has stalled this whole thing and you have allowed it..is listed second. 6. It's as if you have not one clue what's going on in your cases or you just don't care...you only care about billable hours.

Wow! Where do I begin? I cannot say enough about Mr. Mark McKinney. We have never been through anything like this and when we needed a defense attorney. We were recommened to Mark and his wonderful staff! Being very terrified of the situation we were in, Mark was very calm and reassuring. He was with us the whole way through our ordeal and was very professional and thorough. We had a Jury trial and I have never seen someone in such control of a tough situation. In the courtroom where everyone was glued to every word and a somewhat irrate District Attorney and a very attentive jury, he handled the case with a calm and professional demeanor. Mark Mckinney, you are like family to us and we are forever indebited to you and your wonderful staff!!

Terrible! Joshua Brown was my attorney for my divorce at first and during the first visit all he said was all that I was going to have to pay her. He wanted me to do all the interaction with my wife, which is what I thought he was supposed to do. I don’t know the law! He set us up with a way around this supposed law that you need to have a sheriff deliver papers to your spouse in order to file for divorce. So he made me ask my wife if it was ok to send her an email asking her permission to sign a document that gave us the right to send her papers since she was out of state in Ohio. (He said a lawyer can’t tell a sheriff from another state to serve papers) I found out that isn’t even a law and we just wasted our time and alerted my wife that we were trying to file for divorce in Indiana. I called him several times and there was no return call. The last time I called the receptionist said he was on vacation! I fired him on the spot despite what my family advised. A few days later I was served divorce papers via certified mail which I found out is completely legal. This guy doesn’t even know the law, you don’t need a sheriff. Thanks to him I will probably get shafted through this entire divorce. Thanks for shuffling your feet and doing absolutely nothing for me.

I wasted $250 on a boy that was not old enough to be a lawyer for a consultation. He claimed he started early in life. He tells me I don't have a case when it turned out to be a federal law that viking reality broke by stealing our house when they took money from us and taking the heat out making us sick. My mom ended up in the hospital three times. Viking took money without making repairs.
