If you are considering hiring Travis Mayor to represent you, do NOT hesitate! After two different attorneys told me there was no way to pursue a larger settlement than the measley one I was offered, Travis told me his plan to seek appropriate compensation for a colliision that took me months to recover from. And he delivered. The entire process with his firm was delightful - from his amazing team to his personal phone calls keeping me updated. I could not have asked for a better experience.

It states on their website that you will have personal attention from their attorney from start to finish. Here was my real experience. I never got to even speak to the attorney to discuss my case. When I called and requested a consultation an “intake” person called me back three different times to vet my case on whether they wanted to take it or not. This was decided based on minimal form fill answers. After three calls, the intake person called to tell me that they would not be speaking to me about my case at all, and I never got to speak to the attorney even though I explained the person several times that there were several personal nuances to my case that needed to be explained to a legal professional. I was told I am not allowed to speak to the attorney until I complete her form fill answers over 90 minutes. So they misrepresent that you will be able to speak to the attorney from start to finish and that is a lie. Based on other low reviews it seems like they’re not working ethically on behalf of clients but only want to cherry pick cases. Ok then, since you don’t want my business off I go!

Before my injury I had never had to deal with legal issues and knew very little about how to obtain a lawyer or even what the legal process would look like. Thankfully I was were referred to Travis. Travis explained the process thoroughly and kept me up to date with status, next steps and strategy. He is thorough, organized, extremely persistent and I highly recommend him. Travis worked tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome on my behalf and I can’t thank him enough.

Travis from Mayor Law was a light of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed next to impossible. Not only was he and his team able to defend us from an unjust settlement, but their straight forward, calm and empathetic demeanor offered hope and support to myself and my family. We are extremely grateful for their service and I would recommend Travis from Mayor Law without reservation.--Robert Carroll and Michelle Adelhart
