When I suddenly and unexpectedly needed the assistance of an attorney specializing in family law, I came to Mark Maynor. Several friends and family members recommended Maynor and Associates as they knew of Mr. Maynor's excellent reputation and extensive experience. Mr. Maynor's professionalism is second to none and the firm's incredibly hard-working and caring staff, have diligently and tirelessly worked on my behalf and in the best interests of my children. Throughout what can be an exhausting and difficult time, it is imperative to have an outstanding, trustworthy, and reputable legal team. I will always be glad I chose Mark, Joann, Wendy and the rest of his amazing team of professionals.
I won my case, and was even awarded attorney fees. I had a very complicated case with my ex concerning my children, that went to trial. My ex did everything she could to make the issues difficult on all of us. Once I hired Maynor & Associates they were able to stop the games and produce results. My case needed attention, experience, and compassion all of which were provided by Maynor & Associates. As for Mr. Maynor, he has an Intelligent and commanding presence in and out of the courtroom. You’ll feel very comfortable knowing that he’s the one on your side and not the other way around.
Mark Maynors’ team of lawyers, paralegals, and assistants (Jo Ann, Wendy, lee Ann, Jackie, Karen and Susan) are the icing on the cake for this firm as they are all highly trained and knowledgeable, and always there to help. The billing was more than fair and well worth it. If you want to be represented by the best Family law attorney, hire Maynor & Associates before your ex does.
I can't thank Mark and his team enough for helping me get through one of the toughest times of my life and handling my divorce. He is extremely knowledgeable and always had my best interest in mind. His paralegal (JoAnne) is absolutely amazing. They are truly available almost 24/7. I had an emergency on the weekend and needed advice. I sent an email to everyone at the law office and actually got a response over the weekend. There were times when I would receive emails after hours so I know the team works around the clock for their clients. What I was most impressed about was the fact that they actually cared about me as a person and not just another client. I wasn't just a number to them I was an actual human being. They were so detailed and very through with every part of my divorce. they always made me feel that everything was going to be ok. Their follow-up with me was stellar and very professional. I could go on and on about this firm. I would recommend all my friends and family to him. He not only cares but has a great deal of knowledge in family law. The team was always suggesting ways I could save money instead of them billing me for hours not needed. I am so appreciate of Mark and his team. I can only say this is the best team if you want someone who actually cares about you and your needs.
You will not be hiring an attorney who truly seeks to amicably resolve and settle; this will go on for years and years. He charges double what the majority of competition charges and also commits one of the biggest mistakes in the field of law--he becomes his client. The reality of my experience is one in which he was hired by my ex-wife, has cost her family ~70K, cost me my job by badgering my CEO while employed and then again after being terminated due to his meddling making it exceptionally difficult to find employment afterwards. This has hurt everyone involved in that her family is now financially ruined and I am still unemployed due to his utter harassment. As such, I am financially unable to support anyone, let alone myself.
Know that you will be hiring someone who takes the situation personally instead of staying objective and truly having his client's best interests at heart. He will continue to file countless motions, so much shenanigans that our judge eventually reassigned himself leaving the case altogether.
End result is bankruptcy for his client, unemployment for the opposing party and everyone losing except for the attorney. 2 years after divorce his most recent disclosed bill in court was nearly 10K. May God help you if you should be so unlucky as to have Mark Maynor involved in your case.
