Hard to give a review without divulging personal information. I am fairly young and had an extreme accident. Because of my age getting disability was challenging. I tried over a period of 8 years. I eventually called Dan and his law firm and the process was slow and often I just wondered what the point was. I eventually realized I had a lot of time on my hands waiting and began to do my own research. To understand what the SSA agency was looking for to determine my situation. I took it really serious and when my disability appeals case came up I was ready. I wasn’t overly emotionally charged, I had my facts and found the judge really understood. The value of Dan and what he does is he removes the burden of having to navigate the system ‘technicalities’ which perhaps by design is tough. It allowed me to focus on my records, the way one should conduct themselves in court and not fretting over whether or not I jumped through all the SSA hoops, Dan guided me on that part. In the end, he never over promised anything, and simply remained patient. We finally got it done and now I’m in a much better situation. I would recommend hiring Dan and his firm with no problem. There’s no hype and instead just you understand it’s going to be a process. A long one. Hang in there, if you have a case, don’t get discouraged. Get the right legal help and have a bit of faith in the process.
