I was referred to Margolius & Margolius by my mother. They helped her with her disability case 13 years ago. I on the other hand can't seem to get a call back. I called for their assistance when my disability claim was denied in 2017 and i missed my appeal window waiting on return calls. I was also in the process of moving at the same time. I finally file AGAIN and i received another denial letter. I thought I would give them another shot. I called them on December 21, 2018, today is Janurary 2, 2019, I still haven't received a call back. I contacted someone else this morning, they've already called me back. Thank you for helping me avoid the potential mistake of hiring Margolius & Margolius to represent me.

Well they took my case hours before my appeal was to expire they got an extension and after 13 yrs with the one lawyers who wasn’t qualified to do appeals was going to let my case die but they took my case in the final hrs and they got my 100 percent disability in the appeals on the day I went to appeals their lawyer took me in a room told me I was going to win , I thought sure after 13 yrs i was sure ok whatever because it’s really demoralizing anyways he left me in this room went in talked to judge I was called in judge apologized to me saying he had not even read my case was going off of someone’s report that wasn’t a medical expert and 10 minutes later after judges scolded these people he granted everything coming to me and I have never ever had a problem since If I would ever need them for another law suit I would call them
