My experience with Marc Lopez’s firm was definitely a journey, but in the end, I couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work and dedication. At times, I felt uncertain about the process, but once I took a step back and looked at the bigger picture, I realized just how committed this firm is to its clients. They handle a high volume of cases, which means responses may not always be immediate, but rest assured, they are listening and working diligently behind the scenes. One thing that could be helpful for future clients is setting the expectation that communication may not always be instant, but that doesn’t mean your case isn’t being taken seriously. In my experience, when it mattered most, the team was there, and they delivered. Ultimately, I got the outcome I was hoping for. Zach went above and beyond to make it happen, and I will forever be thankful for his hard work and expertise. If you need a dedicated legal team that knows what they’re doing and fights for the best possible outcome, I highly recommend Marc Lopez’s firm.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by Marc Lopez and his law firm. When we initially hired Marc Lopez, we expected him to personally handle our case, given his reputation and expertise. However, we quickly realized that the associates at his firm were the ones handling the bulk of the work, which was not what we were led to believe. We paid a significant fee expecting competent and experienced legal representation, but what we received was, unfortunately, far from that. The level of service felt more akin to that of a public defender than the skilled, professional representation we anticipated. This was a huge disappointment considering the fees we paid and the serious nature of our case. After sentencing, I tried to reach Marc Lopez directly to discuss our concerns, but I was unable to speak with him that day. I then scheduled a phone conference with him and the attorney, Zach. However, Marc Lopez did not join the call as promised. During the call, I voiced our dissatisfaction to Zach and reiterated my desire to speak with Marc Lopez. I reminded him that when we hired Marc, he had made it seem like he would be the one handling our case, not his less experienced associates. We feel that the associates handling our case were not equipped to manage a case of this magnitude. Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating, and we regret choosing Marc Lopez's firm for such an important matter. We expected much more, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown.

Benitez, Angela, and the rest of the firm have been exceptional in proactively managing my case. The team has been extremely professional and knowledgeable guiding me through every step of the legal process. Coming from someone who was at the start was very nervous -regarding the uncertainty of the case- I have been impressed with the reassurance working with them has given me. This is a team that understand the law and its entirety. I cannot recommend them enough. Truly the best in Indiana.

They helped me out extremely with my DUI case which I had to deal with 200+ miles away (Chicago - Indianapolis) my paralegal sofi did a fascinating job keeping communication with me and giving me updates with my case and the court dates and Zach Richey who represented me in court also knows his work! Stayed on top of everything and made sure I was able to get court dates that I was able to commute and attend to! And for payment plans Angela definitely will work with you ! Highly recommended!
