Had him make out my Will a couple years ago, and left his office with a bad feeling that's been gnawing at me all that time. Can't quite put my finger on it because I know he may very well be a good attorney. I just had the feeling he was more interested in what 'he' wanted to do, rather than what 'I' wanted to do. I changed attorneys now and feel much more comfortable knowing that my Will will be executed the way 'I' want.

Marc and his staff went above and beyond to rectify my seemingly insurmountable child support case in Florida, and I live in Indiana. Over the course of an almost two year long process (even during COVID) I never had to urge him do do anything. He seems nice. And maybe he is a nice guy personally. But he will take your retainer and try his best NOT to go to trial. Lazy. And will try to talk you out of everything you want and believe you have the basis to get. After Tenney no longer represented me, I fought pro se against my child's father who had a lawyer. And i won. I Won more than what I asked for. Yes of course I had to research. Yes I spent hours on the computer and at the law library but it was worth it. If I had listened to my counsels "advice" I'd be miserable and would've settled for what was NOT in the best interest of my child. Also Tenney started representing me in 2013 and never even filed for child support despite numerous requests to file it. That's 4 years it took to recieve child support and ultimately got it on my own. Try someone else. Don't settle.
