Honestly, I just call for information but the customer service is not good, the front desk staff is not friendly and hurry. Malouf has a very good recommendations but the receptionist is not the same… the worse experience ever and very disappointed.

Worst lawyer, you are never able to speak to him, his stuck up receptionists with no manners pick up and always have an excuse for why he cant come to the phone. On court day this idiot sent a representative who doesnt speak spanish to cover for him and the only reason i chose joseph was because he speaks Spanish. The second the case got a little difficult for this fake lawyer he told his secretary to let me know he did not want to continue with my case. They are all rude and irresponsible, he has been nothing but useless.

This morning a allegedly for an second I saw and heard this lawyer Joseph A. Malouf on TV giving his bad opinion on a case. The kid was found NOT GUILTY on all charges. I don't recommend this place.
