The previous review is strikingly similar to the experience I had with Mr. Lusher. When I first met with John during the initial consultation, he sounded confident about how he can help me with my case. I felt good after meeting him. Then the court date arrived and John was late on his first appearance representing me. He was too busy doing volunteer work that morning. Don't get me wrong, I respect that he is a volunteer, and thankful for it. I was one too at the time. The issue I have with that excuse is that volunteers are expected to respond only "when available". It would have been not only respectful, but it was at least the bare minimum expectency that he be there on time. Then when he arrived, all the confidence was gone, it disappeared. Not sure what happened but he was stumbling on his words and the judge asked to speak with after we were dismissed because she had to correct him on some of the things he was saying. It was embarrassing, and disappointing to say the least. He never followed up to learn more about my case, he would only contact me the day prior to court dates to get a quick update. He never did anything that he said he was going to do during our consultation. Then after a while it seemed like I couldn't get a hold of the guy, would take forever to return calls, or respond so I fired him. If your looking for an attorney that will fight for you, then look elsewhere. Hopefully he turns it around and gets some better reviews after this. I really did like him at the beginning and I would have loved to give him 5 stars, but I be lying if I did that.

Johnathon Lusher was hired to represent me in a serious matter. Johnathon Lusher claimed to be the new breed of Attorney and that he himself would hold particular social workers accountable for their abuse of power. Johnathon Lusher was confident over the phone and acted like he was genuinely concerned for me and the case . When it came down to being in court that is a whole diffferent story . Johnathon Lusher appeared dazed and confused on the day of the hearings . Johnathon Lusher was hired to assist at the hearing and present the evidence I compiled myself and he could not even do that . Johnathon Lusher was given multiple chances to do the right thing and he was unable to overcome the courtrrom jitters and possibly lack of knowledge in the proceedings he claimed to be versed in . He was somewhat of a pleasure to speak to about the case thats why it is so unfortunante that he could or would not perform when it counted at the hearings . A part of me is dispointed and feels sad for him .Im not sure if what he did or didnt do was intentional .I can say without a doubt that he is not who he claimed to be and for the errors he made it not only cost me finacially also with the outcome of my case .

I can’t say enough good things about Jon. Through all my questions and worries, Jon was there through it all. He was helpful and went above and beyond what I thought possible of a lawyer. He made everything easy to understand and less scary. I highly recommend Jon for any legal issues because he truly cares.
