I explained to Shawn H. Smith the importance of not wasting all my money on attorneys fees -And that I wasn't interested in two attorneys 'clicking glasses of champagne' together while they spent my ex-husband's money and my money. Before we even made it to our first court date (I had reached out maybe 2x with simple questions) He had spent almost half my retainer! For me and it's what I believe - he found ways to contact me just to charge me more money -when it was unsolicited. I do not recommend this firm or him!!

Upon having my initial meeting with Tomi I was beyond impressed, relieved and happy that she did not pass any judgement on my situation rather she was very empathic. She did not give me false hope in a very upsetting modification of parenting time, she reassured me that she would work her hardest for me to be able to resume a normal parenting schedule with my son. During trial she did AMAZING!! I do not think the outcome would have been the same without her amazing workmanship, constant hours of research and planning and her fighting for what was fair. She has always been very timely with documents and time sensitive material. I have actually recommended her to my clients and will continue to do so!
