They don’t call Raymond the Lemon Law Man for no reason. From the start, Ray explained the process and the possible outcomes. He made the entire process from start to finish absolutely easy and fast. Ray was very thorough; he made sure I had a strong case and got the most out of it. I thought the process would take much longer, however, within a couple of months, he already had the proposals from the dealer.
