Okay law firm. I felt that my settlement could’ve been better as I didn’t feel that they worked in my favor as if I was a burden. Nobody likes to feel this way especially if they are paying you for your services. This firm is not personable so if that’s what you need or desire they are not it, you will be treated like a customer. I stayed because I was referred but will never use them again.

When my son left here unexpectedly this law firm stepped in and helped me even tho mentally I was traumatized and was in able to cope they did all they could to help me. I give them 5 stars for their compassion and all the help they did for me it was like it was my own family the level of compassion and comfort they game me. I recommend this law firm to anyone going through digress that needs a lawyer. Back than my mind was all over the place and I’m in a better space now. I never got a chance to say thank you!

I don't think rude is a good enough word to describe their intake attorney/nurse, Debrah. She was a horrible listener. She continued to get names, dates, and information wrong as I was trying to tell her what happened. She claimed I didn't have a case then when I corrected her on information she said oh well you do but not enough money for us to take it on. She seemed so bothered and sleepy. She called me then acted like I was bothering her when I finally connected after trying multiple times. I couldn't believe how many times I had to repeat myself. I even told her I had other medical professionals say how the standard of care was deviated and she said that wouldn't hold up because that's someone looking at my records and photos to make a determination and that wouldn't hold up in court.... Isn't that exactly what an expert witness does?! I was blown away. Halfway through talking with her I knew I wanted nothing to do with them.

Absolutely disappointed in this law firm. Been a year since my accident and still nothing has happened. They don’t call to update you or nothing. YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM FIRST. Then the attorney doesn’t even answer the phone, just voicemails.
