Should have read the reviews before calling! Sophie was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Told me she could not assist because of the narrow definition of retaliation in the law and when I asked her to explain she said that's as clear as she can get. Obviously these people do not want to work for you or help you, don't waste your time like I did. They are looking for easy, obvious cases which is of course a sign that they are incredibly low-skilled.

My fiancée is a physician and local business owner in the community. WARNING!!! DO NOT CALL THEM … THEY ARE DISMISSIVE, untruthful and WILL WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. We have a case with the labor department and we called earlier this week for assistance. The front desk / paralegal when he called the first time was kind and gave us hope, promising she’d show our case to the attorney and at the minimum would refer us to someone that could help. No call, no explanation… ok I thought they probably were just busy. When I called on my lunch break to follow up the paralegal was very dismissive and wouldn’t give any explanation why they couldn’t take our case. Nor when I asked were they even willing to make a referral. As a physician in the local community we thought we’d at least get profession courtesy, an explanation and referral. If they treat a local physician this way I can’t imagine how they treat everyone else. Either way… avoid this place like the plague!

If you want a lawyer that will go to bat for you, look elsewhere. If you want lawyers looking for a quick payout, these are your guys. My lawyer was Sander sowers.

My experience working with this firm…terrible. Anthony , at the beginning was gong ho, and gained my confidence. He knew I was wanting to take my case all the way to court, but played me like a fiddle once their team knew they could settle for a quick payday. After trying to convince me on multiple occasion to settle, I finally took their advice, and settled. It was the worst decision I ever made. I felt victimized all over again and these were the people who seemed empathetic toward my case at the beginning. From the results that I received, I know now, they were working against me. So do your research before it’s too late. For instance, Todd Werts wife had a social Media connection with a family member of a person disclosed in my charges . So be careful dealing with these hustlers. I know why their office always stayed empty and that should've been a sign for me to stay away.
