Absolutely terrible experience I had with this law firm. Zero communication from anyone unless I prompted. I’m not upset about how long it took because I understand how long it takes to settle. All I heard was excuses from the lawyer Melissa Vargas and her assistant Melisa at one point I had to ask her to stop interrupting me when I wanted to speak. Very unprofessional people. Would never recommend them to anyone. At one point the lawyer was so overwhelmed and didn’t care and just said we can get you to this amount or you can find a new firm. They don’t care about the small claims. DO NOT USE THEM.

This firm worked on my case for 9 months before deciding to drop my case, and could not provide a reason why they will no longer represent me. Im now on my own for all the medical bills. They lie constantly about when they will have an update on your case and don’t get back to you. Don’t waste your time.
