I cannot express enough gratitude for Yasha Rahimzadeh's outstanding legal support during a challenging time. Facing an unjust eviction, Yasha's expertise and dedication shone through as he skillfully navigated negotiations with our landlord's insurance company. His well-crafted petition and unwavering commitment eventually led to the insurance company acknowledging the landlord's liability and issuing a …. compensation. Yasha Rahimzadeh's professionalism, legal acumen, and tireless advocacy make him a standout attorney, and I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of expert legal representation. UPDATE: YASHA, do you deny meddling with my attempts to get help from law enforcement? My experience with Mr. Rahimzadeh while he was my attorney, is definitely unforgettable, but not for the right reasons. I don't know if what he did is against the law, but it stunned me as his client. It wouldn't have been so bad, except I had prior experience with Yasha representing me in another legal matter, and I trusted him. Briefly, Yasha represented me where the new owner of the building my apartment was in was trying to evict me. He claimed that landlord/tenant law was a specialty of his, and that he knew rental law for Alameda County, specifically Berkeley. Yasha bulldozed right over the top of me and didn't even bother to familiarize himself with specific laws in Berkeley. I told him that the court documents they served me didn't even have date stamps on them, and he just pushed forward. I didn't feel like Yasha cared about how the incessant noise was affecting my health. The owners facilitated other humiliating treatment of me, and Yasha just continued to pressure me that I had to leave and that COVID wouldn't allow me to shelter in place. When I told him the new owner had come onto my back porch, one month PRIOR TO TAKING OWNERSHIP OF THE BUILDING to photograph some cigarette butts, so he could complain to the city, as part of a premeditated plan to get me out of there, HE JUST IGNORED ME and continued to apply pressure. What I didn't figure out until much, much too late was that Yasha knew the whole network of these real estate mobbers and their tactics. Get this, these real estate thugs SPREAD LIES ABOUT ME AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, AND I WAS LET GO, so I quite literally COULDN'T PAY MY RENT! I kept trying to explain to Yasha, how I had evidence the new owner had hacked into my Xfinity line, (which I reported a million times to Comcast, and the FBI.) I was becoming a casualty of real estate mobbing, and Yasha knew it. I kept finding these files all over my phone showing the breach, and Yasha wouldn't even acknowledge the files. I even had some files on my Google drive showing a certificate authority someone had installed on my phone. At first, Yasha said he would put me in touch with a colleague of his who handled cyber security law, but when I mentioned it, he would ignore me. He just kept saying that he didn't handle cyber security law and didn't know anyone who did. When the firm representing the new owner of the building sent over their questions, he just told me to answer them as best as I could, but that he doubted anything I wrote would convince them to withdraw the suit. He gave me NO HELP. Yasha finally said they were willing to give me a settlement, drop the suit, and asked me for a dollar amount. Yasha refused to even go to them with the first number, accusing me of trying to take advantage of them. He basically aligned his agenda with the opposing council, which was to get me out. I don't know if Yasha received anything of value for his unethical behavior, but I know other people from this real estate network receive perks. That's not even the worst thing. Yasha was somehow involved in a subsequent suit the DOJ brought against the new owners of the building, right after I moved out. He had been associated with the defense firm (Williams and Fried, Oakland), all along. I didn't find this out until later. I had a two hour meeting in March or April, 2021 where I told him retrospectively that the new owners had been sprinkling a toxin down an old vent in my kitchen when I lived there, he said, "I have no doubt that they harmed you, because I have never seen them offer anyone money before." A couple weeks earlier, Yasha had interfered with me getting help from law enforcement with the harassment I was experiencing from these real estate thugs. He deliberately closed up any help I could've received. I would never trust Yasha with any legal matter ever again.

Amazing experience working with Yasha! He gives attorneys a good name. He was more than gracious with his time in helping me with an issue with my landlord. By no means was he greedy with charges or in a hurry to rush me off of our calls. I will definitely be contacting him anytime I am in need of his services again. Thank you Yasha!

I am not even a client of Yasha's (yet!), but I called him (and emailed him as well) after I located him online and saw all the other wonderful reviews of him. I was looking for someone who was knowledgeable in real estate law, and landlord and tenant laws. I have experience with attorneys in other fields so know a good attorney from a bad one, and one who will take their time to work with you. Yasha did not disappoint. He called me the next day and he spent nearly 45 minutes talking to me and answering my questions about our specific situation. How amazing is that? He was a gentleman and extremely polite, making sure that I understood what it was that he was explaining. I've never had that experience with another attorney - One who goes out of their very busy schedule to explain things to me and I am not even a client of theirs. I highly recommend him if you need a good attorney. Check out his website for all the other areas that he has legal representation for.
