This is an ongoing development. Have been with this firm regarding a workers comp claim for nearly 3 years now. Throughout the process, this firm, and in particular my case manager Monica Gonzalez, has inspired little to no confidence in the name Scott Warmuth. I have had continual issues with my case manager, particularly regarding communication, organization and general lack of respect. 2 instances in particular were a) having a ~15 minute call with Monica where she could not find a particular doctor's report and continually insinuated not only that I did not attend, but that I don't know the difference between Fresno, Redlands and Victorville. My main issue has been with mileage. I have been in continuous contact with Monica regarding my mileage, and even now after nearly a year since submitting my mileage sheets directly in person to their office, she claims to have none and says that I am not putting in effort on my part. This is after driving 72 miles from Victorville to Industry to drop off the documents. To top this off, Monica ended the call very rudely. As I said ongoing development, my lawyer Angela seems to be a much friendlier person so far. Will update. 12/20 Update: Case manager was changed, which I appreciate. Will update when the case ends to give my final thoughts.
