When I tell you Mr.Elkind is the best of the best in south FL, he is! My case was a complex case due , (being set up by someone I was doing a favor for). Very unfortunate I was extremely stressed and concerned for my future and Roger was the greatest lawyer a person could have. His experience and charisma makes you feel as if you are in good hands and you most definitely are. He was able to get me into PTI basically probation and had to do a full year. When to court recently and all my charges are dropped! Planning on contacting him for more of my future endeavors that require legal advice. On April 13, 2024 I was involved in a car accident. I was charged with DUI. I took a breath test and a Urine test and they said the car accident was my fault and took me to Jail.
