I retained Lynda as my counsel for a recent divorce we are wrapping up now. Basically, my wife of 6.5 years left with little to no warning and aggressively perused the maximal financial settlement. No children were involved. I was shocked to find out that if you work for a living the marriage laws are against you (even if your spouse has a wealthy family, which was the case here). Regardless, Lynda was sympathetic to my hopeless situation and was able to navigate a somewhat contentious divorce and avoid trial. She was very honest and a good advocate. She did not escalate matters that did not need to be, and was very realistic with me in terms of final outcomes. Given the situation, she got me close to the best deal we would end up with (Of course objectively it was a terrible deal for me, but this is the way the law works). Billing was very reasonable, and her legal fees actually ended up being cheaper than I had expected. I would highly recommend her.

Don't be deceived, she's incompetent, lazy and doesn't know family case law. BEWARE or you’ll be sorry. She refused to send Court orders for spousal support to my Ex’s employer. I did it myself and fired her. She's late for Court appearances, unprepared and expensive. She’s a one person Century City office with incompetent legal assistance. She's a disaster.
