Real personal review! I was 100% a victim. Kurgis and Associates never gave up and it took over a year, but they won my case. Kept me up to speed with everything they knew as it came to be. I thought I was going to lose everything. Then this office worked so hard for me and overcome all my doubts and succeeded where others would not have! I am greatful, and forever thankful to you! I understand that law firms handle large caseloads, but even a periodic update—something as simple as, “We’re still negotiating with the insurance company, but we haven’t forgotten about you”—would have made a big difference in helping clients feel valued.
